HOW?

Our scientifically based, multidisciplinary approach combines nutrition, exercise, and psychology modules with medical insights relevant to your personal journey, while fostering a supportive social community. Throughout the 18-month program, we continue guiding and supporting you, and afterward we provide free maintenance support, to make sure the new habits stick.

What are the key elements of the program and what makes them so essential for your journey?

Our unique holistic program was very successful in real-life clinics. We provide easy-to-digest and fun to learn knowledge and life skills based on five streams: Psychology, nutrition, physical activity, medical insight, and community support.

Not only do you discover how all five of these are related to your health and weight during the program, but we tailor the program to your specific needs as early as the first week. The experts behind each topic have developed a special "intake" and - based on your answers to surveys as well as interactive mini-games designed to teach us more about your habits - each stream provides unique features on topics that support you at different stages of your journey.
