We have an amazing team of IT developers working hard every day to make sure our products run smoothly. However, if they don't here are some simple tricks that often help:
- Refresh your app by dragging the image all the way down with your finger.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
Our app is currently available for Android and iOS devices.
- To use LeanOnMe on Android devices, you need Android version 8.0.0 or higher.
- To use LeanOnMe on iOS devices, you need an iPhone 6s (or newer) with iOS version 15.0 or higher.
- For optimal performance, your device should also have at least 600MB of free storage space.
Our app is not available for Windows phones/tablets, Chromebooks, Kindle or desktops.
